This year All Star Weekend takes LA. Rapper YG announced that he will be launching a new annual event entitled "The Boogie" during this time. The festival will feature performances by YG alongside other hot rappers in the game. Now, if you're familiar YG hasn't performed in LA since 2014 when he was banned.
