In 2020, Playboy Payso released his breakout mixtape The Game Be Deep. A body of work that would illustrate his lifestyle and upbringing. After welcoming his first child in 2018, Payso really embodied his role as a father; determined to be the best he could be after witnessing the struggles of his single mother. Thus, he was really ignited to live in his purpose and make a name for himself.
Growing up in Brooklyn Payso has been influenced by the likes of fellow Brooklyn natives like Biggie, Fabulous and Jay-z. He also pays homage to other NY legends like Lloyd Banks, DMX and Mobb Deep. While carrying the hustle of an early Young Jeezy. Which can heavily be heard in his music. Payso had two dear friends Grams and Kash whom he not only made money with but would often dream of becoming Hip Hop stars. Unfortunately, he lost those friends and decided to revamp their crew name from "Get Money" to "Operation Get Money". It's been up ever since.
